With a script
One line of HTML puts the form into any page: Webflow, Framer, Carrd, WordPress or a page you write yourself.
The line
Put it exactly where the form should appear, in an embed or HTML block. The dashboard has it with your key under “Add it to your project”, in the “Script” tab.

- It loads the form in a frame served by NearlyIn, in your product's colours. You don't have to allow anything for it.
- The frame grows with its content; there are no scroll bars.
- If the address of your page carries a referral code (?ref=), it passes it on.
- It passes on utm_source or the page before, for the counts per source in the dashboard.
Without a site of your own
Every product has a ready-made waitlist page at /w/<public key>. Share the link directly, or point your domain at it. The page works without JavaScript, too.
