With an AI builder
Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Replit and most other builders put the form in for you. You paste one prompt into the chat and the builder does the rest.
Step by step
- In the dashboard, on your product's page, open the “AI builder” tab under “Add it to your project”.
- Copy the prompt. Your key and the right address are already in it.
- Paste it into your builder's chat and send it.
- Sign up yourself in the preview and check under “Test mails” in the dashboard that the mail arrived.
The prompt
This is what it looks like, here with a placeholder instead of your key:
Add the NearlyIn waitlist to my home page. Put this script exactly where the form should appear, and change nothing else in the design:

If my app has a login: only invited people may create an account. The invitation mail leads to my site with ?invite=CODE in the address. Check the code on the server with verifyInvite from the npm package nearlyin (import from "nearlyin/server") and redeem it with redeemInvite when the account is created. Set the environment variables NEARLYIN_URL=https://nearlyin.com and NEARLYIN_SECRET_KEY for this. The secret key must never reach the browser.If your app has a login
The second part of the prompt makes sure only invited people create an account. Your app needs the secret key as the environment variable NEARLYIN_SECRET_KEY for that.
Never paste the secret key into the chat. Put it where your builder keeps environment variables or secrets. If your app has no login, the first part is enough.
